|
Note: Our Vote for Change visibility displays have been seen by over 500,000 people. Date: Saturdays, dates to be determined Time: 10 am to 2 pm Shifts: 10 am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 2 pm Add: Embarcadero, in front of the Ferry Building, at the cross walk Google Map Disc: On Saturdays, 10 - 15,000 faithful shoppers attend the market because it reconnects them with their food sources. Shopping at a farmers market provides a forum for learning how food is grown, who grew it, and why it tastes so good. CUESA hosts weekly cooking demonstrations and interviews with farmers in the open-air Arcades along the front of the building, and these programs are free and open to the public. Link Voter outreach and visibility are probably the most important facets of the campaign right now, with voter registration also important. For this reason, our primary focus is voter outreach and visibility, with voter registration. Attendance: 15K to 20K per day (est) Foot Traffic: 3K to 4K per hour (est) Auto Traffic: 1K to 2K per hour (est) Visibility: 15K to 25K per day (est) Please add yourself to the list of volunteers, and receive weekly email notifications of Vote for Change visibility events, by simply sending me an email.
